Established in 2016, the Iowa Boxing Club has quickly achieved excellence in college boxing. The competition team has won multiple state titles and consistently qualifies for the national championship. Most of these victories came from members who had never boxed before college. Our organization welcomes University of Iowa students, staff, and community members of all athletic backgrounds to join the club. Regardless of whether or not you want to spar or compete, the club provides opportunities for personal and athletic growth. Members of both the competition and non-competition groups can expect to be challenged but will be rewarded with increases in physical health, confidence, resilience, and self-discipline.
